The way I won’t even entertain the ridiculous low ball offers anymore
Offer a stupid price? Get a stupid response

Offer a stupid price? Get a stupid response
So I very suddenly ended up with a rehomed bunno, he is only about 9 months old and is very well behaved other than climbing things for a particular bag of treats 😂
Normally I would have saved up a nice pot to get all his initial health checks done, vaccines, and neutering so I can get him a friend and start bonding once he had settled.
However he was a very abrupt addition a month ago as he needed a home urgently, and I took him in.
I now worry as he has settled in a good amount but I do think his hormones are giving him trouble in fully relaxing / destressing, he gets anxious rather easily and only likes to come out to people for treats before going back under the desk, he chins his area, and has been great with his litter box for peeing and pooping normally but In the last week he has started peeing on the floor liners in his safe space pen, spraying the walls of it just a tiny bit and peed on the couch.
He seems very territorial but also constantly stressed / alert, even when resting. He is the most o hedge rabbit I’ve met and I think neutering is his only option to cal his behaviours down.
However my issue currently is, the best quote for castration is £210 in my area, which with how sudden him arriving was, I cannot afford currently, and I wish to get it done ASAP, as it’s obvious he needs it in order to decrease his stress and anxiety and settle down / he seems he would greatly benefit from being bonded to also help him settle in, so I am asking if anyone may know of any resources that may help offer discounts for neutering, reduced costs or cover the price. Whether it’s a vet, charity, or resource I would appreciate any advice.
Lancashire UK area, and I do not drive so travelling further away for a cheaper vet isn’t really possible for me :)
Thankyou so much
I had someone make a low offer for an item, I countered but still gave a good discount and they asked for it to be reserved until they got paid that night. They then bought it and asked about other items I had which I sent pics over, they decided to stick with the original item, then the next morning after I have it packed and ready to go, they cancel it, I messaged to ask why and that it was packed to go to the shop today and instead of a response they just blocked me? Was this to avoid a negative automatic review? As they now don’t have one on their page and maintain their 5 stars
I wouldn’t have minded if it was a simple case of not wanting it or not being able to afford it etc, if they’d just said, but cancelling and blocking without a word is crazy to me.
