I was doing a little maintenance on my 99 Polaris xpress 300 and noticed there’s a disconnected wire that is held on by a bolt, it goes from the upper motor mount that connects to the top of the motor, it’s short and I don’t know where it’s supposed to go also the thickness of a dime maybe, probably the same on a xplorer but im not sure. Im wondering if I put it on this bolt but I want to see if anybody knows for sure
Does anybody know how I can add the speedometer in the photo to my 99 xpress 300, i know it’s from a different body style but I don’t want the big one with the headlight
I downloaded a folder from modland that made it so the d series suspension could be used on the ram mod made by meowbah. Unfortunately in the first image it shows only the front making it squatted, I get a bunch of options for the front but the original options for the back, would anyone be able to make it so I can use the d series suspension on the rear as well or tell me how
I have a 1999 Polaris xpress 300 and I rebuilt the motor last summer and I wasn’t sure if the oil injection pump worked or not so I just blocked it off, anyways Im a little worried about this squeaking sound and the oil to gas ratio, I have been running 50:1 so far no problems but I want to know what others are running if they don’t use the oil injection, also while im on here what are recommendations for the idle screw, currently if I let off of the gas and let the rpm’s go to idle ish it dies out
