Limited account, not sure how to move forward
My account is limited, since apparently, there were "suspicious activity" regarding my account. For context, I made my account in 2024 and haven't used it since, no linking of cards, no incoming or outgoing of funds, nothing. Then I landed a small gig where the payment method is via paypal and another platform. I went to log on my paypal just to see that my account was limited? Im not sure what triggered it since it didnt really clarify (didnt receive an email either). So now, its asking me to send a card statement of a card that was linked to my account or a billing statement. Thing is, I dont have a physical card yet for any bank, I just turned 18 so the concept of owning cards for money wasnt an issue before. Now, the main problem is how do I send them something that didn't even happen in the first place? (linking of card) and how can I send a statement if I dont own a card in the first place?
