Anyone else have a hell of a time getting out of bed in the morning while in a caloric deficit?
Whenever im in a calorie deficit, even when I know ive had plenty of sleep I feel so ridiculously tired when that alarm goes off I always snooze way more than normal. The hunger from the deficit makes me feel just absolutely wiped still in the morning when I wake up. Once I'm up and drink water and start moving im usually good but waking up in the morning is brutal sometimes! Anyone experience this?
Are most people living in North Korea actually brain washed and believe all the propaganda fed to them or do they just fake it and pretend they love their country/ruler out of fear?
reddit.comThe Vikings haven't won less than 7 games in a season since 2013
Mildly interesting, just bored on the bus ride home from work and thought about this. This team rarely just completely collapses and bottoms out in a season. Skol?
Just opened a Roth IRA. Question about the Fidelity Freedom Index 2060 Fund (FDKLX)
I have a traditional 401k through my work already opened but want to invest in a Roth IRA also. Just opened one and threw $2000 into it. I have pretty novice experience with investing and am trying to decide which fund is best. From what I understand:
Target date funds = Not as profitable, higher fees, worse
Index funds = More profitable and mostly made of stocks, less fees, better
So this Fidelity Freedom Index 2060 Fund (FDKLX). Is this essentially an index fund/target date fund hybrid but has the benefit of target date funds where assets will be more of less automatically reallocated as the years go on and I won't have to worry about that? Is it basically just a target date fund that is almost all domestic and international stocks instead of a more diverse allocation?
Does anyone currently have this and have any feedback? I am reluctant to do one of the other index funds because when time comes to reallocate, I don't really know what the hell I'm doing and am worried I'll screw everything up.
Is the Fidelity Freedom Index 2060 Fund (FDKLX) a good choice to invest in?
Next season prediction
Kyler Murray has a good not great season similar but slightly worse than Darnold's 2024. Vikings make the playoffs but lose a close one. Due to what happened when they let Darnold walk, they overpay on a big extension for Murray who provides good not great QB play. Murray is solid but not good enough to carry the team and make up for inevitable roster holes from his huge cap hit and Vikings are trapped in Kirk era-like mediocrity purgatory the next 3-4 seasons.
