Spousal benefits

I retired at 62. I was having health issues but not enough for disability. My husband died about 25 years ago at 45. We were not married 10 years prior to his death. Do I qualify for benefits. He was on disability for about 6 years due to blindness

Thanks
Lisa

Southwest tickets

I’m being forced to fly southwest because the fares are cheaper

My question is can I book a ticket for July 30 and pay for it on the 24th

I am an old disabled woman heading to an assisted living facility in Kansas City Missouri where all my family is. Please take it easy on me. Thanks

Maryland denying

I am 63 and been in nursing home since Jan/feb. the social worker told me yesterday that Medicaid wasn’t going to cover me because I wasn’t sick enough. She said since you don’t have any family we can get you in a shelter. I’m so upset

Went from no assistance needed for walking to cane, rollator and wheelchair in 5 months. I have fallen about 20 times since August. I have fallen 5 times in here. Have to have help with bathing (balance issue). Elevated liver enzymes just had second blood work up to verify. Incontinence I usually over night wet myself 4-5 times every night. I wear pull up and sleep on many pads. HBP hypothyroidism diabetes type 2. Don’t always remember to take my medication which is very important. Problem with severe arthritis and spondylitis. PTSD from sa as a kid. Memory issues. I write a lot down so I remember. I’m scared what can I do

She stopped by again and said she had a small place down the road but couldn’t tell me where or the name of it. I really don’t want to leave the area without knowing more

I have been on social security for a year after retiring. The nursing home gets 1800 of my money and gives me $50 a month

Advice please

They told me I was denied for Medicaid(initial app) in the nursing home that I am at yet they will pay for assisted living in a major city 3 hours away. Why one over the other.

I emailed her and requested scanned copies of all paperwork involved and send it to me. I want time to review it thoroughly before our phone call on Monday
