Hello! I’m looking for a room to rent for fourth of July 4th wknd for my best friend and myself - two 35 year old super respectful women. We live in nyc & just would love to be in LBI. Hi! I own a creative design studio. There are two principle designers and we have a part time junior designer so I’m looking for an office I can rent that’s affordable for three people with space for three - desks and a meeting table and some storage. Would love to be within a larger office, I don’t care if it’s tech or finance or a coworking space. I’m happy to trade design services for space in your office as well. I would like to be in a more active office where I can meet more people - not totally partitioned off as a separate space. Would prefer a space with daylight. Please let me know if you have ideas.
