literally cant rant or look for support on this app without some bozo telling me to suck it up and deal with it. What if I just need some kind words?

Hello fellow Fullertonians, I finally got my anticipated aid on my account- yay!! But I am still enrolled in the payment plan. Does anyone know how this works? do I still have to pay the first installment and wait until the aid applies to the rest?

I'm sitting here, sick from the flu, covered in mosquito bites and sweaty despite having JUST taken a shower because they refuse to use the damn AC even though it's almost 100 degrees outside. I swear Asian parents (grandparents in my case) try to strugglemax no matter how much money they earn because they're CHEAP. If they cut back on buying 20 million kitchen appliances a month I bet we could actually afford to use our air conditioner. On top of that the FAWKING mosquitos man. Idk why the hell they won't just buy an electric zapper or something because they insist on just "waiting it out" instead of DOING SOMETHING about the problem. The reason why we get pests is because my grandpa makes my grandma do all the cleaning while he sits in front of the TV all day. I can't think of the amount of times I go downstairs and there's crumbs all over the stove, the countertops are STICKY and I can feel the crumbs on my feet. When they left for vacation the house was SPOTLESS. As soon as they get back we have an ant problem, a maggot problem, a MOSQUITO problem.
I probably have 9-10 mosquito bites on each leg from JUST going down and getting dinner. I still love them dearly but God I'm sick of living in this stuffy, stinky, HOARDER house.
