Infected or irritation bump?

I got double nostrils about 2.5 months ago and had small piercing bumps on both. I posted them for advice a bit back and continued aftercare and got them downsized a bit and swapped to flat top studs.

This seemed to help the left side as it looks fine now but my right side still isn’t resolved. Sometimes it looks pretty fine but a couple times it has developed a little white looking bump in the day and the next morning looks like this.

I’m concerned it might be infected but not sure if this just looks like lymph fluid so if anyone has any opinion it would be appreciated.

Thanks

double nostril bumps

I got double nostrils about 6 weeks ago and they were fine for about 2 weeks then I got a seb derm flare around them and they developed bumps. I don’t know if I should try to treat the seb derm or just let it do its thing while they heal.

They’re pierced with a titanium flat back and have not been downsized yet. I’ve been spraying saline on them before i shower and rinsing it off then blow drying them dry.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Which setup to get?

I have a digitone and digitakt mk1. I normally use the digitone for melodic stuff and rarely use the digitakt as I normally do drums in Ableton.

I’m considering getting a Tonverk to trade out the Digitakt with but I found a Digitone 2 and Octatrack 1 for the same price as a used Tonverk. I like to experiment with lots of genres but mostly make melodic ambient stuff, experimental footwork and glitchy idm stuff. The octatrack not having Overbridge worries me as I normally do final mixing and polishing stuff in Ableton.

Just wondering what you guys would choose and why?
Thanks!
