Got an amazing PC steal for $600 on Marketplace
My friend sent me $600 to build him a cheap pc for gaming and streaming, while I was looking for parts I came across an absolute jackpot for him. (Specs on last slide)
The guy gave me a monitor, headphones, keyboards, and everything else for a beginner. Im beyond happy for my friend and incredibly jealous as this pc completely destroy mine.
I wanted to show this off to others because im still beyond happy about it for my friend.

SSN is being asked for video call verification after being told is wasnt physically require, is this allowed?
So im trying to work for a pipefitting company that has told me on the phone that they didn't need a physical copy only a photo, then all of the sudden after I sent everything, they told me I need it on hand for a video call verification.
I told them its ridiculous because everyone thats been hired there hasn't had to do this process and never had an issue like this. I told them it isn't possible since I live in north Carolina and I was told to come to Indianapolis, so now I have to spend money to ship my SSN.
Is there something I should know? Because this is incredibly frustrating and its costing me money I dont really have.
I was going to ask on boarding if other employees go through this process aswell, because if not then I should ask dhs (just so they stop screwing me over not really going to)
Please let me know, thank you
