medication change

i previously posted this:

i’ve been on fluoxetine for 4 years now and after a check in with my family doctor, he says my dosage is going to be upped to 20mg and i’m supposed to take it after breakfast. i’ve always taken it at 7pm ever since i first started it so i’m scared that the time switch plus a higher dose is gonna mess me up 😭 i’ve experienced those weeks of nausea and fatigue when i first got on them so i know what to expect but i’m just worried that i’ll react badly to it

also my mom says that while waiting for my current ones to run out, i can start taking two of them daily? should i do this?

my only worry now is switching to taking it after breakfast as i don’t tend to eat breakfast a lot or get up at a specific time since it’s currently summer break. is it that important to take it after breakfast or can i continue at 7pm?

Bumps on skin after dog scratch

I was mildly scratched by a dog a few days ago and they looked normal until the next morning when I woke up to them looking like this. They look more bubbly in person than on camera
