bigeminy with high heart rate

Hi, I have PVCs and ventricular bigeminy. I’m taking 1.25 mg of bisoprolol, but a couple of times I’ve still had episodes of bigeminy during high heart rate (around 120–140 bpm).
What scares me is that the bigeminy always seems to be triggered by tachycardia, especially when I’m anxious (which seems to be the main trigger). I’m worried that it could potentially turn into ventricular tachycardia.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Is it common for ventricular bigeminy to occur during periods of anxiety and increased heart rate?

Sudden low blood pressure on bisoprolol

Hello, I’ve been taking bisoprolol 1.25mg since june for high heart rate and PVCs. Everything was alright, my blood pressure was normal, but since this summer heatwave started I started experiencing low blood pressure (90/60 - 80/50, the lowest recorded 70/50). I went to the doctor and I did some blood work and everything came back alright, I had a folic acid deficiency, but it was resolved after I started taking vitamins. My doc doesn’t seem concerned and I’m taking the lowest dose, I’m trying to increase my daily dose of electrolytes to see if something changes.
Idk what to do, I don’t want to stop suddenly taking it but I’m feeling very low rn :/

PVCs and high heart rate on bb

Hii, I was prescribed 1.25 mg of bisoprolol for tachycardia and PVCs, mostly adrenaline-triggered ventricular bigeminy.
I’ve been on it for about a month, and honestly it worked really well at first. A few PVCs, no random heart rate spikes, i was feeling fatigued but it stopped after a few weeks.
Over the last couple of days, my heart rate has started creeping up again and I’ve noticed a few palpitations. Today, after standing up, it shot up to 131 bpm, my blood pressure wasn’t especially low (112/72), I also started shaking, had hand tremors, felt really hot and started sweating.
I’m in the premenstrual phase of my cycle right now, and I also have PCOS, so I’m wondering if hormonal changes could be triggering this or making the bisoprolol seem less effective.
Do you think this could mean I need a dose adjustment, or should I talk to my doctor before changing anything?
Thanks in advance!

started beta blockers

Hii, I started taking bisoprolol 1.25mg two weeks ago for high heart rate and PVCs. Everything has been fine so far, the PVCs are gone, except that I get tired much more easily. Sometimes my arms and legs feel heavy, and my blood pressure was already on the low side before starting the medication, the hot weather probably isn’t helping either.
Today my blood pressure was 100/60, but at one point it also dropped to 80/40.
Is it possible that my body is still adjusting to the medication, or would it be better to contact my doctor?
Thanks!

tried beta blockers for the first time

I took my first dose of a beta blocker today, and I wish I had done it sooner!! It was prescribed to me two years ago because, due to OCD, GAD, and panic disorder, my heart rate was constantly elevated and I was stuck in a constant fight-or-flight state.
Today I finally took my first dose in a safe setting with a doctor because I struggle with severe health anxiety, and I really wish I had started sooner!!
I’m still anxious mentally but my body feels calm and it’s such a strange feeling because I’m not used to it.
For the first time in a long while I feel almost normal without all the physical symptoms caused by adrenaline. I really hope it stays this way as I continue treatment!!
