My school's ME is abet accredited but it's expensive af and if it's not gonna help me, might as well transfer to a less expensive school with engineering still

I really want to try applying abroad(anywhere literally basta Mas mataas sweldo) after graduating and gaining experience(Ambisyoso Lang ha) because of the low ME salary here, and I heard it pays better overseas. But they don't really want people who graduated from foreign countries unless I retake some units or take masters there. My university keep telling me that we are on par with unis abroad due to it yada yada yada but I only hear of filos being able to work as engineers only after finishing their programs there or repeating

Can anyone answer these for mee Pleeess. Tysm

1.Is 2 thousand php a week enough? if not how much Kaya need(I'm planning to cook Para Mas tipid)

2.Is 5k for a decent dorm (not bed space) with aircon and ref too unrealistic?What should I expect at that price?

3.Suggest affordable dorms if may Alam kayo, saang area or neighborhood Kaya ako titingin. Galling pa ako probinsya huhu so I'm not yet super familiar with Manila in fact I've never even been to Intramuros or u-belt

4.Is it really that hard to graduate on time or is it often exaggerated?

5.Sa passing of documents din ba mag papa-ID, medical, interview and stuff? Malayo PA kase ako galing and I'm planning to pass all requirements and find for a dorm when I go to Manila next week Para isahan na

6.In Manila, Is the discrimination against indigenous people, particularly highlanders, true😞 ? I can speak fluent Filipino naman
