I recieved work order for project Dubbing but my working hours missing my total hours 35 but i only received 13 hours. What's yours

Anyone received work order for dubbing project

My total review time was 35 hours and my productivity was 10 hours. So, which one should I count: productivity or total review time? How will I get paid? Please help guys
