Hi! I'm a current student in CCNY grove, pursuing mechanical engineering. CCNY is very strict and the engineering is taking longer than expected. The classes are hard and not even available. And I don't wanna waste more time and be in college forever. So, i was thinking of transferring to City tech. Cause I heard the programs are easier and you can graduate on time. But I'm hearing from ppl that going to citytech from ccny is like a downfall. It's the worst college, professors, teaching everything is bad?😭

Though I'm seeing some ppl saying it's gd and they hv more internships offers and employment right after graduation. Can you guys tell me fr how the programs and everything there? Do you think it's worth transferring?(Feel free to share your pov or any stories)

Hi can anyone from Physics department in ccny help me please.

I'm a rising junior, major still undeclared. I wanted to major in Mechanical engineering but failing one class has dropped my gpa so bad that only A's can fix, which is certainly not possible.

So i was thinking of switching to Applied physics. But I'm not too sure about the Physics department in ccny. Like how good it is, internships and job clarity after bachelor. Only thing I'm seeing is doing Masters after grad. But I wanna join work right after bachelor. Also if i do Masters, or phd why and how. Which will be more beneficial.

I would be grateful if anyone from Physics department could help me know more about the majors, concentration and how i should move forward. Thank you very much.

Hey I'm tryna take summer class. I see the only open one is w Chunsae Park in the morning. His rate my professor reviews are pretty bad and he got the worst rating. Anyone knows how's he irl? Any thoughts about his class?

Hi. I wanted to ask if anybody in grove knows that if I can get into the grove after 2 repeating F policies. Like when i took Calc 1 i did bad and in the end i didn't give final so my grade was F. And i repeated it and got C+. Then this semester I took Calc 2 and i think i won't br able to do gd in the finals either. So, I'm tryna skip the final and get a F to repeat it again.

But I'm very worried if it'll hamoer my admission to grove. Ik they look at all of our F's and repeating grades. But even after meeting all the requirements till the end, are they still gonna reject me for my two F's.

I'd be really grateful if anyone could help me if they know anything, cause the advisors r like they dunno. I'd appreciate y'all's help pls😭
