What foods are now off your list?

2 weeks ago I had a small pizza and immediately after having stomach pains and the same the next morning. Last night I had a chicken tikka masala and today the intense stomach pain I had was disgusting. I can't even describe the pain, I couldn't even stand up, I was sweating and was nearly sick. It was so bad..so now I won't be eating pizza or curry.

Is there anything that you can't eat now?

Would you up the dose?

So I've been on 1.5mg for 16 days and I've lost 10 pounds! I have no food noise and I've barely been eating (which i need to work on) as its going so well, would you up the dose I'm due to have 4mg delivered on the 5th August. But seeing as I already struggle to eat now will it make it harder? I'm struggling with what to do because I don't want to keep at 1.5 for another month and then half way through the month it stops working.

4 days in

I'm on day 4 and today and yesterday have not felt hungry at all! Is it realistically too soon for it to be working and just a placebo affect? Or is it possible for it to be working this quick.

I'm about to force myself to eat 2 boiled eggs. And ive been drinking loads of water (which isnt uncommon)

Last night I didn't need anything to eat but felt like I should so I had 4 biscuits, I know not healthy but thats all I had in the house.

Starting next week.

I'm starting next week, I'm excited to get going. I'm hoping it will work, but my concern is loose skin i am obese so have a lot to loose. Is exercise the only thing to help not have loose skin? I'd rather be fat than have loose skin on my belly (no judgment to anyone)

Trying the pill

I have preordered the pill as its only just coming to the UK in July. So I'll be receiving it in July. I have always been big and healthy eating really has never been for me. I am curious about how much to eat throughout the day and how many calories to restrict myself to. During the week at work I don't eat anything until about 1pm - no breakfast or snacks before then. And then I have lunch at 1pm and then dinner in the evening. I also am lactose intolerant and have ibs so I'm stressing that the pill is going to make me have diarrhoea (as I am not a public pooer). I was also wondering if I can wake up through the night to take the pill so if it does kick in then it should by the time I wake up and I can go to the toilet before work. Or can I take it in the evening a few hours after having dinner.

I really want to try my hardest with this as I feel disgusting with how I am at the moment. And its expensive! Sorry for the rambling but any tips are welcome and any advice 😊

Recieving my dad's private pension

My father passed away 4 weeks ago today he was 58, he has a small private pension (due to not being able to work for a few years he was taking money from it) its around 33k. If I inherit it, will my earnings from work be taxed at a higher rate?

Hopefully this is the right place to ask.
