Does anyone have good professor recommendations preferably ones who don’t use honor lock and aren’t super strict?

I’m 6 months post op and hate my nose. I’m looking for a good doctor who can give me a cuter more feminine nose by deprojecting my nose and giving it more definition. I also want a doctor who is kind and doesn’t dismiss their patients feelings. I know revisions are complex surgeries that cost a lot but I want to also find one that isn’t charging a crazy amount. I’m going through a really overwhelming time right now and could really use some prayers or positive thoughts.
I’m a college student and my financial situation has been really unstable lately. I had surgery and had to go on medical leave for quite a while and it’s impacted me on going back to my jobs It’s been extremely stressful trying to keep up with basic expenses and just get through day to day without constantly worrying about money. It’s gotten to the point where my stress and depression have been making it hard for me to function normally and stay on top of things.
On top of that, my mom has a breast biopsy coming up soon, and it’s been weighing heavily on me and my sister. She’s the only real support I have and the rock of our family, so even thinking about it has us both really anxious and scared. We’re trying to stay strong, but it’s been really hard emotionally.
I’m just asking for prayers for her health, and for some stability, strength, and peace for my family during this time.

Hi everyone, I’m about 6 months post-op from a rhinoplasty with Dr. Stefan Shuaib in Dallas and I’ve been feeling really unhappy with my results. My main concern is that my nose does not feel deprojected enough and overall still looks too long and slightly masculine on my face. I’m honestly going thru it and constantly taking pictures/ videos my nose and it’s still so long. I don’t have any breathing issues, so this is purely an aesthetic concern and I was hoping for a softer, more feminine, “cute” result.
I do understand I’m still early in the healing process and that swelling can take time to settle, but I also feel like the issues I’m seeing with length and projection may not fully change with time. Right now it feels like the overall structure is closer to the final result than what I originally expected, especially in terms of how prominent and long it looks on my face.
I know revision rhinoplasty is complex and expensive, but I would really appreciate any recommendations for surgeons who are experienced in revision work, especially those who are skilled in deprojection and creating more refined and feminine results. I’m also trying to find options that are not extremely high in cost if possible. Any experiences, advice or suggestions would really help. My sister’s passport tracking shows “delivered to mailbox” today, but we can’t find it anywhere. The strange part is that my passport was delivered at the same time and I received mine without any issues. We’ve checked the mailbox several times, looked around the property, and asked everyone in the house, but her passport is missing.
Has anyone had a situation where one passport arrived but another didn’t, even though both were mailed together? Did it show up later, or was there an issue with USPS delivery? We’re not sure what to do next and would appreciate any advice.

Hi everyone, I recently applied for a new U.S. passport at the post office and submitted my old expired passport( it’s expired last week), Social Security card, and voter registration card. The acceptance agent made copies of everything but mentioned she had a concern because I don’t currently have a valid driver’s license or state ID. My only photo IDs are an expired passport and an expired learner’s permit. I am a U.S. citizen through naturalization and don’t currently have any other government-issued photo ID. Has anyone been in a similar situation, and if so, was your passport application approved? If they need additional identification, what documents did they ask for and how were you contacted? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
