Best way to find ClaudeCoders + ClaudeN8n people (Tech generalist)

I’ve been without a developer for a while and have been handling a lot of the technical work myself, but it’s becoming too much. I’m looking for someone who can take over some of these projects.

The work covers several areas, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, website bug fixes, integrations, and other smaller technical tasks. A lot of the coding can be done with Claude, so I probably don’t need a senior developer. Honestly, much of the role is closer to technical clerical work: following instructions, using AI tools, troubleshooting basic issues, and making sure things get done correctly.

My company operates in the German market, but the person does not necessarily need to speak German. ChatGPT and other tools can handle most translations. What matters more is that they are reliable, technically capable, comfortable using AI, and able to work independently.

What type of person or job title should I be searching for—a technical virtual assistant, junior developer, automation specialist, or technical generalist? And what is the best way to find someone like this?

I’d be very interested to hear about your experiences.

Api doesn't accept it.

Tasks and Google Calendar? Is it possible?

Has anyone linked GHL Tasks to a Google Calendar?

I like that we have tasks in GHL but I don't like the overview function. To far from regular management. In the past I saw that my sales people added tasks in their calendar to follow-up on.

I want to help them by showing them in their calendar. It could be quite straight forward with an automation tool. But I would like to know if someone has tried this already. What were the problems?

Recruiting lead-gen on Meta — leads down ~80% in 6 weeks, CPL nearly 4×. What am I missing?

Running Meta lead campaigns for a recruiting agency (lots of separate local job ads, Germany, optimizing for offsite conversions/leads). Since mid-May:

  • Leads/week: ~210 → ~35
  • Cost per lead: ~€17 → €60+
  • CTR ~1.5% → ~1.0%, cost per website click nearly doubled
  • Spend stayed roughly flat

What I've already checked:

  • Found targeting errors (radius set in miles not km, a couple ads aimed at the wrong city) — fixing
  • Changed our pixel ~1 week ago so stray form-clicks stop counting as conversions
  • Drop partly lines up with the June 23–24 Meta delivery incident
  • Mix may have shifted toward harder, niche white-collar roles

Setup details:

  • Budgets are ~€13/day per ad set.
  • Tried more creative versions (extra ad in the ad set, and as separate ad sets) — barely moved the needle
  • We use AI mainly for voice-overs on the video ads, otherwise not heavily AI-generated

Questions for anyone running local lead-gen at scale:

  1. Is €13/day/ad set just starving optimization?
  2. Why would extra creative variants do nothing — signal dilution at low budgets, or a creative problem?
  3. Anyone seeing AI-voiceover ads get throttled or labeled lately?
