Does anyone have any guesses on how you would know if the chamber contained poisonous gas or not?

I guessed that the posters were a bit different, but the posters generally had the same theme poisonous or not.>!&#x200B;!<

I am finally done, after 2 years of zero sleep

I have tried CeraVe's Foaming cleanser and Vichy cleanser, I tried constantly changing my bedsheets, even changed my haircare routine to less oils, but my acne (blackheads and whiteheads) still won't go away. Any recommendations that are safe for teenagers?
