"Gabe was here, he can take care of his baby. Drue just wanted him to have a little bit of extra support". I knew Dawna and Lenny being there to supervise Gabe was on Drue's request. If I was Gabe, I'd be insulted. Drue is such a control freak.

Insisting that your parents come oversee your husband's care of his OWN child while you're on a trip and they are in the middle of a remodel is crazy work. Just because DRUE is incapable of caring for Ivory alone, doesn't mean that Gabe is. Not everyone is a codependent control freak Drue, get a damn grip.

How could you say "no" Drue? The same way you ignored her when she asked to go outside yesterday morning. You just wanted an excuse to sit on the couch and be lazy and what better way than turn on the TV for Ivory and pretend like you just couldn't tell her no 🙄

She could have easily taken that little girl out to play for a little bit yesterday morning before it got too hot. Drue just didn't want to. Rotting on the couch is more her speed.

Picked this book up at Oliies on Wednesday for $3.99. It was the 1st book I have read by her. It was a fast paced quick read while I wait for my library requests to be ready to pick up!

This may be a "water marker" but, you still shouldn't allow a child to "color" on your center console. That's not an appropriate place to color, and Drue should teach her that. Just wait til she gets her hands on a sharpie and scribbles away.
