How to address unprofessional topics in essays?

I have had considerable disadvantages that explain academic history and defined who I am but I am not sure how to talk about it without making someone uncomfortable. Topics like assault, abuse, alcoholism, cancer, r word all of that bs. Like I tried to write it all out but it just seemed like a laundry list of horrible things and it doesn’t flow at all. I don’t want to hurt my chances of getting in because I say something wrong. Also I didn’t do anything wrong this is all stuff that happened to me so I’m not like a horrible criminal or anything I’ve just had a lot of stuff happen to me.

Grinding and pain (drew where it is)

I hiked 20 miles randomly for fun with no prep and around 10 miles one of my feet started to drag instead of going up when I took a step. I noticed and started making a conscious effort to put it up at each step. Hurt a little but it was fine. Next day when I walk it almost feels like something grinding together on the part I circled closest to my toe. After that it hurt for a day but not that bad. Last night my knee was radiating pain out to my whole leg very badly. No matter how I lad down it was just painful. Like a bunch of little spray cans spraying pain to all my leg muscles from my knee. This morning my foot is now swollen and I am having trouble moving it around more than a couple inches. The pain is the worst in the middle circle and radiates out from there along the rest of what I drew. Knee might be completely unrelated and like a nerve pinch or something I don’t know but it was just weird.

I have a 2.5k budget! Help me decide!

Horrible picture for attention. Hey everyone! Complete beginner (besides my iPhone). My budget is around 1k for the camera body itself. I have another like 1.5k saved for lenses. I was curious what camera would be good for a beginner, while also being a camera that I could keep for essentially as long as possible, so I can just change the lenses as I become better. Most of the birds I run into are fairly far away. Usually my 8x25 binoculars aren’t close enough. I would also like to do some macro. The birds are the priority though. I was incredibly lucky to get the rest of my summer off so I’m spending the whole summer birding across the United States. Having pictures of the birds helps with id a ton so highish quality at a distance would be pretty beneficial so I can count feathers and whatnot.

How to deal with bad teachers

In my case, they are denying ever saying things they said during lecture. Yes I am 100% sure they said these things. I keep getting answers wrong because “I never said that” or “where are you getting this information”. And when I show proof and ask for clarification I just don’t get a response? I’m at a loss here.
