What are peoples opinion on Jax fielding gloves vs Mizuno pro gloves? I just picked up a Jax glove after watching some reviews and it just doesn't feel/smell right to me. I wasn't sure if it was a bad batch, bad expectation, or maybe my current Mizuno pro is just overall a nicer glove? I'm comparing a Jax LJ-10 to my current Mizuno GMP-700AXO, if that helps.
What is everyone's go to Pitcher's Glove? I have an old Mizuno but I think it's time for an upgrade after about 25 years. I prefer a closed web but I can adjust if that's not available.
I'm probably over exaggerating right now, as I dropped about 240 pts in 24 hours (50 matches). I was legitimately one charge hit from veteran (but like it has happened multiple times in the past I got locked out of my charge move to win the game and lost by their charge move 4 regular hits later). Since then the most I have won in a set is 2 with most being 1 or 0. If it isn't being immediately behind from the start, it's constantly getting locked out of charge moves or the current issue with mon being switched in during a charge hit (not that they are switching at the timed hit but midway through the hit). I have reported bug after bug and constantly get the same two responses "make sure you don't have any other apps running in the background" or "send us a video recording of the match". Sorry for the rant but the game almost feels like it's in a state that is unplayable at the moment. It used to be fun and now I'm just constantly battling with app issues that they refuse to fix.
I just wanted to say thanks to the community for the input from the other day. The glove came in today and it is stunning. I almost feel bad gaming with it in the future but a glove this comfortable/pretty need to be used.
I have the opportunity to pick up the 120th anniversary edition glove or the Shogun from last summer/fall. If anyone has any experience with either which would you pick and why? Thanks for any input.
