The twilight zone of the Lombardy Kroger

I haven’t been here since I was in college (about 10 years). It’s good to know some things never change.

Edit: I didn’t mean to start so much controversy, I just meant how busy it always is with so many different types of people. Yikes.

Getting started and staying consistent

I’ve had a love/hate relationship with working out since I was a kid. I played competitive sports growing up, even to play soccer in college. I really only exercised out of necessity, I never particularly enjoyed it. Fast forward 10 years and now I’m pre-diabetic and nowhere near how I want to look. I’m very cyclical and have a pattern of going balls to the wall then stagnant, over and over again (I have ADHD). I guess what I’m asking is, any advice or tips about staying consistent over a longer period of time? Right now I just feel really down on myself for having terrible discipline and will power. The shame is leading me to want to just give up.
