Adults Only Events/Things to do?
Are there any adults only/centered events or things to do in Pottstown this year?

I'm not a huge Ice cream fan but my best friend is. He bought a machine off Amazon and he loved that he could make his own ice creams and sorbets while controlling the ingredients and sugars, etc. Unfortunately it kicked right outside of the year warranty.
His main qualms were counter space, plastic parts, and clean up. I'm willing to spend around a few hundred for a solid model but one that has stainless steel paddles. I's that a possibility? If so, what are good recommendations?
I work as an AP manager for a pretty decently sized practice in my state. The CFO left back in February and it's been a nightmare ever since. He with held payment for 2 months back in December and it's been scraps ever since. However, the spending has been out of control between marketing, renovations, purchasing orders you name it.
We went from staying around the 1.5 million in open payables consistently for 6 months to 10 million within 5 months and it keeps rising with little going out the door. We have spent hundreds of thousands on marketing and recruitment but I still owe our back rent from February.
Today, when I brought up my concern yet again due to credit holds, having to turn away clients, utility shut offs, I was told this was completely normal. Ive only been here a year but looking at previous trends, this looks anything but.
He told me I should be happy as the cash flow looks good this week. While that is good, isn't it true holding so much credit in AP kind of artificially inflates the cash flow numbers positively? That isn't really solving my issue of us paying a normal cadence of 400k a week to 150k or sometimes nothing for 5 months straight now and I am being bombarded by 80% of our vendors on the daily. We did a full restructure and sometimes the new CFO and VP of Ops/finance ask me about it, but I usually get walled off from answering by my boss or left out of meetings all together with the accounting team. I feel like Im being gaslighted and invalidated and its deflating knowing how hard we worked to get our department on a good turnover schedule and vendor terms. Am I right to think these are bad signs or is this a normal eb and flow to deal with managing AP for a slightly larger practice?
35F in the US. I've had an eating disorder on and off since I was a child and an alcohol use disorder since I was 14. I was diagnosed with ADD in my late 20s and was overly medicated until around 30 (Adderall, Xanax, Sertraline, Wellbutrin, Temazapam all at high doses). Started with Anorexia, then Bulimia, then binge eating, then rinse and repeat.
I have had short periods of recovery. I even had a great period where I was regularly exercising, eating well, and at optimal health but an injury sent me spiraling back into depression. It got so bad I ended up in a coma due to a failed suicide attempt and was on the verge of homelessness. Fast forward 8 years later and I have a great new job and apartment and just got a new car. Im doing fine in the functioning world...But mentally and physically I am drowning and I really don't know what to do this time. I really think I need professional help because at 35 my body can't keep doing this.
Where do I start? Im on my fifth therapist at this point and several have said they could not help me. I can't lose everything and go inpatient. It's just me. I have no one to turn to. I guess I would like to know are there any outpatient programs, resources, or even groups anyone can recommend that could help or point me in the right direction?
