Barely have friends growing up maybe around 5 childhood friends that i have already outgrown .
Im 25 now no new friends and no friends at all for atleast a decade now
I wfh self employed whuch contributes to that
I was really fine with it for so long infact comfortable being alone and have protected my peace for so long
But recently not sure my ive been feeling lonely and craving for connection maybe a hug
I live with my parents none of our fam members are affecrionate type not supportive no nothing
Idk i feel like my mental health is or might spiral down again
Will this ever change ?
Like some sort of sudden shift ?
I know its quite imposible given the circumstance
And i need to make an effort to connect with someone but i have no options for that too so im hoping just hoping ....
Hello since im a cookie lover and have ordered cookies from dif shop around davao eto na ill share my opinions +other items from their menu
1.) Tia dulce- good and consistent with their cookies chocolates are quality pero if ur not a fan of bitter chocolates this is not for u ,stick with their white choco cookies .fav here is their lemon ruby cheesecake cookies Most cookies tasted the same din or has slight diffrence
Crinkles are bitter din nothing special actually di ko alam ano sinasabi nilang fudge sa crinkles nila i think its ordinary crinkles nmn and def on pricier side
3.) Cookiephile - aka matigas na cupcake lol maganda tingnan unique looking pero tipid na tipid sa toppings ordered oreocheesecake flavor,blueberry and nutella filled doesnt even have a hint of creamcheese flavor at all ung nutella filled halos walang nutella .dcc dosent taste good looks dugyot or old . everything is pricy pa
4.) Butterbites- ok nmn always received mine warm ordered from grab sadly no choosing of flavors if assorted box alot of their cookie tasted the same as well or may slight diffrence fav here is chocochip ,cookies n cream and ube according to my matcha lover friend the matcha cookie is good daw. sakto ung presyo . dcc is a hit or miss Some batches are good some not but from all the dcc i tried so far their dcc belongs to the good list despite inconsistent quality Bars and brownies nila lami fav revel bar Not too sweet
5.) Juanas- bought from pop up sa abreeza the most expensive cookie i bought ever lol 180 per pc , was honestly disapointing hahaha good quality choco nmn ginamit kaso tinipid i got cnc,cookie overload and strawberry cheesecake it was not bad but not good. sa tia dulce nlng kyu same size sila cheaper pa
6.) Holidough - used to be good not anymore , it used to be bigger more mix ins toppings and all nag shrinkflation na sila so disappointing medyo malaking difference din used to reco this shop to anyone and everyone not any more wont recomend it na tipid na tipid na sila ngayun
8.) Dough story - meh just meh. Packaging and cookies look so classy price is good but all flavors taste the same like the the peanut butter is just chocochip with peanut butter na topping anliit pa ,matcha taste nothing like matcha at all cnc is just regular cookie with oreos di mn lng lagyan ng white chocochips ,chocolate cookie is ok tho. Premium line cookies nila Is just bigger ver of the regular size one Mas madaming mixins lng and bonus for red velvet may cream cheese but i have received moldy red velvet cookies because of creamcheese . i dont reco din ung premium nila
Butternut crinkles dosent taste like butternut tapos 55 pesos tip mag dunkin nlng kyu if ur craving for butternut cheesecakes are dry dosent taste cheezy enough for a cheesecake packaging and branding lng nag dala
9.)Golden days- masarap kaso overpriced to the max maliit lng mashado cookies also most flavors taste the same maliban sa lemon nila, bars are mehh anliit tapos 500+ ? 6pcs bite size mapapa wtf ka hahaha nice packaging tho kahit for gifting mahihiya nlng ako anlaki ng box tapos anliit ng laman
10.)Goodies goods - dcc nila inconsistent din
Minsan matigas ang kataifi minsan lasang sebo ang pistachio minsan butas butas ang malows
Palha bars is good the rest are not
Cake nila for some reason starchy ung ganache di masarap cakes
Revel bar was dry Dubai choco bars has no pistachio taste and barely any filing inside (just check their grabfood reviews lol)
To add to that they refuse to issue OR multiple times na reason is always processing pa even if its a yr na and when reach out with problems sa order they are never apologetic i check lng daw sa kitchen then i ghost kana nila Tax evasion queen hahaha
11.)Swrapp- masarap cakes Cookies are good but 85 per pc tapos maliit ok nmn specially warm or hot bi ibigay but nadedeform usually during delivery ung cookies
12.)Desserts bar - minsan matigas na cookies
But if its fresh its good have nothing else to add hehe only ordered here a few times cakes are good nmn
13.)Mommy l - has great chocochip cookies, and banana loaf but not available always
14.) Bad cookie- if ur adventurous when it comes to flavors ito naaa they have very unique flavors like blue cheese cookie ,cheetos ,durian ,halo halo,bibingka, and more. sadly nag inquire ako few months ago temporarily closed daw :(
15.) Crumble bear- (no longer baking) Another affordable cookie shop with big cookies all taste good pero 4 flavors lng sila
16.)mixed by miks- just pure sugar di malinamnam cookies nila for some reason like there is something missing sa flavor not buttery enough ? the only cookie shop na di ako na addict ,usually would eat a couple of cookies in one sitting even a whole box of 6 in a day but not with this shop. creamcheese filling is weird din parang jelly Even their crinkles tasted weird not chocolatey enough Find it hard to finish the box of 8 i bought lol ksi di ko sha kinecrave after eating one Bought here 2x na din first was 3yrs ago and then 2nd was few months ago Their bars/brownies are good but way too sweet mag sakit lalamunan mo
17.) Davao lactation cookies- a friend bought this by accident haha, cookies are not good at all it was stale and dry masakit sa ngipin ksi it was so dry na
18.) Ab Bakery - they used to have small browned butter chocochip cookies sadly di masarap it was so dry din Banana loaf not a fan barely taste the banana has weird texture but their banana miffins are so good not sure why iba texture ng 2 My first time trying biscotti din sobrang tigas not sure if ganun ba talaga Most breads are bland ? Ordered brioche ,japanese milk bread ,dinner rolls and foccacia Did enjoy thier foccacia
19.) The baking room - soft cookies ok lng medyo same lng sa butterbites
Will order again : tia dulce ,marcella ,butterbites ,swrapp, mommy l
