Got out to Baker Draw super early and walked into this in the dark (took the picture a few hours later)

Is this gate fixable?

I'm trying to help out my aunt but know very little about building things beyond how tools work. I'm pretty sure a tweaker was hired off of marketplace or something to make this. It was put up after the original fencing around the yard. It leans out at the top left corner. All of the screws seem like they're in and not loose or wiggling around. The hinges seem solid and are also well attached and not bent.

Just from googling I have a few ideas about what to fix but there's a high likelihood that I'm completely wrong. Full disclosure, I don't think the cable or the diagonal brace are even doing anything. I've removed both and it didn't change anything. The cable looks kinda loose here but it's an optical illusion. I tightened it back up to where it was when I got here. The concrete is sloped here, hence the angled bottom of the fence.

Surely letting a handful rich guys do whatever they want can't go wrong, right? Can't wait for our new data center. "Progress."
