I have done 12th from delhi and eligible for obc ncl but live in ncr with family so can't make obc from delhi but I have few cousins who live in delhi on a rented apartment since more than 5 years they don't currently live but do still pay rent so can I make obc from delhi on their basis like I live with them? I see people making same thing on basis of uncles and cousins if I can make what will I need to do exactly?
