Hi everyone! I was recently offered a full-time job in Madison at UW. If I take the job I will be relocating from Louisiana, my tentative start date is next month but I am thinking I will move there in August.
I don’t have rental history and my credit isn’t the strongest, so have been having a really hard time unfortunately. I’m open to finding a roommate if anyone knows of a room for rent or has suggestions for where to look.
If you have recommendations for apartments, property management companies, neighborhoods, or roommate resources—or places to avoid—I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much!
Edit: For myself, a studio/1 br for about 900-1100 would be ideal! I don't have any pets or anything. And honestly, don't want to be super picky since it's kind of short notice!
