Finish Line Lube
Have you used this lubricant on linear guides? Is it good, or is it not recommended?

I'm really bothered by layer inconsistency; I've tried everything I can think of—burning through a few kilograms of filament and spending countless hours on troubleshooting and calibration. Any tips? I use Orca Slicer and a Bambu Lab A1 printer.
Hey everyone,
I’m facing a really frustrating issue with my Bambu Lab A1 and I'm running out of ideas. As you can see in the pictures, I'm getting these inconsistent lines, subtle ringing, and rough surface artifacts on flat walls, along with some weird gaps right before the corners.
Here is a list of everything I have already done to try and fix it:
Maintenance: Deep cleaned the entire machine and properly lubricated the rails/axes.
Machine Calibration: Ran the full automatic calibration (vibration compensation, bed leveling, etc.).
Filament Calibration: Calibrated the filament profile completely (Flow Rate and Pressure Advance/Flow Dynamics).
Unfortunately, absolutely nothing changed. Since the A1 is a bedslinger, I am starting to suspect this might be a Y-axis mechanical issue (maybe something with the linear rails, belt tension, or bed wobble), but I honestly don't know how to properly diagnose or solve it from here.
Has anyone faced this specific issue on the A1? Any tips on what to check next or how to fix the Y-axis if that's the culprit?
Thanks in advance for the help!
PETG printing issue only on my Bambu A1. I tested this exact same filament on another printer, and it printed perfectly. I also tried a different filament on my A1, and it worked perfectly too. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
