Has anyone tried the Chanel Fresh Tint Foundation?

Been hearing a lot of good reviews but the reviewers are mostly from the US. Has anyone tried this in SG weather, and does it last throughout the day? My skin is on the drier side, so normal foundations usually cake up or become patchy after a while.

The ball ball in the bottle looks very cool too hahahaha

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice on a sticky workplace situation.

For context, my company has been facing some issues, including delayed salary and pay deductions. A former colleague resigned while she was on maternity leave. I was on friendly terms with her, so I texted her to say farewell and check in on her.

During that private conversation, we talked about how the company situation had affected us mentally and emotionally. And that it's safer to start looking for other jobs. The things we discussed were based on our own experiences, such as the salary delays and pay deductions due to the company's poor decisions. We were not attacking other colleagues or spreading rumours.

After she left, her work laptop was handed over to HR. She apparently forgot to log out of her messaging platform. From what I heard, HR and another person in the company saw notifications, clicked into the messaging platform, went into my conversation with this ex-colleague, and screenshots were taken.

The difficult part is that this other person is very close to HR and is also connected to the boss personally. I have now heard from two different colleagues that this other person has been telling people I was “spreading false company information.” One colleague said she mentioned reading my conversation and showing the boss the screenshots. Another colleague warned me to be careful because this person approached her and said she had kept all the screenshots, although she did not show proof.

I’m quite disturbed because this was a private conversation between me and someone who had already left. I also feel uncomfortable that the screenshots may now be kept or shown around without my knowledge. HR is the only HR in the company, but I don’t feel they are neutral because she is personally close to the person spreading this.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Would this be considered a privacy issue, workplace harassment, or something I should raise formally?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Planning to go school to study, but heard that the school's wifi blocks AI platforms. Noticed that the SUSS has its own wifi now instead of sharing with SIM. Are AI platforms still blocked with our wifi?
