Is it worth it to buy leather loafers from IG thrift shops?

So the thing is, I've seen some "thrift shops" on IG that sell mid to high tier leather shoes for around 25 to 50% off.

Some of them look decently "broken-in" (barely creased), but some of them look really worn out (Heavily creased all the way to the heel).

I really like the brands that they're reselling (Ex: Haruta, Regal, Ferragamo, Gucci, etc.), but I'm also hesitant about buying something used in that price range -- considering that thrifting used to be about buying things for around a couple hundred pesos.

What are your guys' thoughts?

Hi, first time posting here.

My family is going on a trip to China sometime in the near future.

I've taken an interest in shoes (specifically, mostly towards penny loafers, horsebit, etc.) and I was wondering if there are any local shoe brands you guys can recommend in those 2 cities?

All responses are appreciated.

Hi, been eyeing Haruta loafers for some time now.

I've seen some shops that sell them, but somewhat hesitant to buy cause from I'm not sure if they're legit.

Some of them also don't have my size atm, but willing to wait naman.

You guys know any legit shops or ones that you've had experience buying from?
