Carrier locked iphone 16 plus (Verizon) can it be unlocked. Willing to pay(not rich tho) lol helps??

I got service with Verizon about 3 months ago and now they are slapping me with all kinds of fees I can't afford and my phone bill has nearly doubled what the estimated cost was per month and I just can't afford it. I still have service for now but prob not long. Any way to unlock it so I can put it on meteo or another prepaid service. I'll pay but I can't afford much. Any help.would be greatly appreciated, if I lose phone service I'm screwed I have no internet at home and live nowhere near anywhere with free wifi.

So I wake up yesterday morning and I have these 3 pretty large burns on my under /outer forearm they hurt pretty bad. One busted yesterday and seems to have partially filled back up again.. I have NO IDEA how this happened and the tattoo they are near is very very old. Can anyone tell me what they think happened or if I should seek medical treatment. The spot it's in makes it difficult to do most things and idk how or if I should wrap it. I'm probably being a girl about it but I am one so any help would be much appreciated. Posting pics from before the one popped and after.
