HIMS Docter Recs

I am looking for recommendations for a HIMS Neuropsychologist and a HIMS Psychiatrist located in the SoCal and/or Vegas area. I have a history of ADD that exceeds 4 years, but I will be unable to use the fast-track option since I have also have taken anti-depressants years ago(I think I am reading the rules into all this correctly, please correct me if I'm wrong).
Any experiences with doctors in these areas would be super helpful, especially if there are ones to avoid. Based on some light researching it sounds like getting a bad one could either mean a flat out negative recommendation or extended time to sraw out more cost? Anything would be a giant help for me, this whole process seems so daunting.

I had a physical therapy appointment at a certain practice. First of all, the receptionist was incredibly rude when scheduling as I explained to her it would be out of pocket without insurance. More on that if needed.
I scheduled the appointment but decided to go to a different practice that actually had an interest in helping me with a unique injury. I did not bother to call back and cancel due to how rude the lady was. I did not go to the appointment and 2 weeks later I received a bill for no showing the appointment. I signed no paperwork, am I legally required to pay this bill? Anything I can do?

I tore my pec major 8 years ago, and when I got back to the US after 2 months, the doctors told me it was unable to be reattached. Have found some information online stating possibilities of a procedure, but wanted to ask if anyone has experience with this or knows anything about it? Thanks
