Help with Honeycomb wall mount

I was printing those Honeycomb wall mounts, I'm using ELEGOO PETG Pro, had excellent first layer adhesion and it looked good before I went to sleep, but I come back to the print looking like this (I've removed the brims)

This looks like really bad layer adhesion to me, I'm not sure what else it could be, I maybe have to print it in smaller segments? Perchance?
Settings :

Neptune 4 plus, .4 Brass nozzle, screw_tilt_calculated bed, Textured PEI plate for PETG and other tough filaments, Bed recently washed and rubbed with iso every print

In enclosure that reaches around 100 degree Fahrenheit with longer printing

1st layer temp (Celsius) : 245
Printing temp : 235
Bed temp : 75
Layer height : .25
Sparse infill : 0
Wall loops : 3
Topmost ironing
Flow ratio : 1
PA : 0.098
Max volumetric speed : 12.5 mm^3/s

No cooling for first 3 layers
Part cooling fan : min speed 10%, layer time 30 sec
max 40% , later time 8 sec
Auxiliary fan speed : 20%

Thank you in advance!

Helps with screws_tilt_adjust

I've been trying to get this macro to work for like 3 hours and I've tried looking up how to do this but I'm not a programmer and stuff so a lot of the phrasing online is not very clear to me, im trying to use the safe_screws_tilt macro to have it auto home and heat before the screws tilt adjust command does its thing but every time I try to adjust it to link the two klipper either doesn't allow it or sends me this error.

The first photo is from my console and the second is from my printer config file

Does anyone know how to fix? I'm on a N4+, no openneptune just the base firmware, could that be my issue? I did try to flash openneptune at some point when I got the printer but I ran into a lot of issues and couldn't get it to work so I just stuck with the normal firmware cause it worked fine.

My printer (N4 Plus) started to make these waves on the first layer, adhesion is fine, I tightened eccentric nuts beforehand, I'm thinking it could be a too high flow rate or some vibration issue? I'm using ELEGOO Rapid PLA + (blue, as you can see) with a flow rate of .94, first layer temp of 215, on silent print mode as well. Filament is VERY DRY (spent the last 48 hours in 55 degree filament dryer with desiccant), and I had cleaned the build plate a few days ago. Any ideas? They're bumpy to the touch and became slightly less when I raised the Z offset, but didn't fix it. Could it be a misaligned frame?

Other:

Slicer = Orca

Adaptive layer height on (.28) and smooth at radius of .5

(Ask if need anything else)
