Travel while citizenship application underway

Hello,

I am looking to travel outside of Canada for a for a month while my application is underway.
I don't have an AOR yet, and my date to travel to approaching fast.
What are my options if I don't have AOR by then yet would want to travel at the anticipated date ?

Since, it is required to inform any planned vacation of more than 2 weeks.
Supposedly I get the AOR and I proceed to raise web form, does that put me back in queue of processing or does it means extra scrutiny or proof of travel to identify physical presence check because of fresh travel history ?

Also, is it advisable to travel while the application is underway, currently the wait times for processing in quite a bit, which I understand believe is case by case however I have to make a decision to travel or not sooner rather than later.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Optimizing savings

Hello,
Looking to understand if my savings are good enough to buy a house or condo. Please be kind, I have never maxed out my RRSPs, TFSAs. Been in Canada for around 6 years. Always kept money in chequing s or savings for emergency purpose.
I currently have 22k in savings (quite embarrassed about it, but my personal situation didn't allow me to save enough)
I currently took up a new job, which has bought me in the entry level of 6 digit salary per annum.
I have now started to save 400$ per month in FHSA and 500$ in savings. No debt, no car. Looking to buy a home / residence of around 400k budget. For sanity check, what can I do to make myself more organized in terms of my funds. I don't invest currently as I might need to liquidate funds in short term to buy a home and investing is beneficial in long term as I have heard. Rent is around 2k per month not splitting with anyone.

31 y/o resident of Ontario.
Thank you.

Mortgage after divorce

Hello,

Me and my (to be) ex-spouse, have no children, no joint asset, no matrimonial house, no joint accounts.
We filed a joint, uncontested divorce this year with no separation agreement.
I am thinking to buy a house sometime in my lifetime after the divorce decree comes through only.
My question is even with the divorce decree - will A lenders ask me for a separation agreement.
Please advise.
Resident of Ontario, Canada.

Thank you
