I've been to Mallorca a few times in the last couple of years, it's probably my favourite place in Europe for a holiday. And suddenly the hotels feel much more expensive as compared to the last 3-4 years.

I wonder what happened. a) am I wrong? b) wars and inflation all over Europe? c) something specific to Palma or Spain? d) kids getting out of school so the next 3 months will be expensive?
