I've never downloaded a mod on steam before and I see a while bunch of smaller mods when I search "realms in exile"

I get 15 hours a month included with my plan which is like 1 book a month so I looked into upgrading and its only 15 more hours for 14$?! I assumed it would unlimited like music, is anyone who bought it happy with it? Maybe I'm in the wrong but it dosnt seem like enough time​.
