First Kidney Stone. Advice?
Hey, I’m just a few days into my first kidney stone. Just looking for any solid advice on things I should be doing. My left kidney is pulsing in pain. I have taken about 1000 mg worth of pain reliever about an hour ago, but it has yet to kick in. Any bits of advice or warnings of what to expect or if there are things I should be doing to alleviate this. If my kidney hurts too bad, should I use a massage gun around the area for example?
