Should I test ?

Hello, hope you’re all doing well.
I have a history of the woman on my mum’s side having breast/uterus cancer.
I am based in Canada, 32 yo single no kidsand my dr set me up for a brca 1/2 test. I am hesitant. Should I also get a life insurance just in case ? What else should I take into account? Was it worth it ?

My father passed away 8 years ago

Hello, hope you’re doing well.
My dad passed away on 29 June 2018
I wonder if he has any message for me or my brother?
How was his passing to the other world?

Lost my mum 8 years ago

Hello, I lost mum on the 29th of October 2017
I wonder what did she want to tell me before she passed away ?
Is she proud of the woman I became?
Did she forgive dad and did they meet ?

The last picture is her a month before she passes away

Looking for a functional medicine practitioner specializing in gut health (Montreal/QC)

Hi all, I’m looking for a functional medicine practitioner (or integrative/naturopathic doctor) in Montreal or elsewhere in Quebec who specializes in gut health , ideally someone experienced with things like SIBO, dysbiosis, food sensitivities, or digestive troubleshooting through proper testing (stool panels, etc.) rather than just symptom management.

A few things that would help:

\*\*•\*\*	Clinic name/location, or telehealth if that’s an option
\*\*•\*\*	Whether they’re covered by RAMQ/insurance or cash-pay only
\*\*•\*\*	Personal experience, what worked, what didn’t
\*\*•\*\*	Any red flags to watch out for

Thank you
