Left testicle the size of chickens egg with pain at the chords

I’ve had testicle pain along with a considerably large testicle/ swelling of the scrotum, and a movable lump somewhere I’m not sure if it’s attached to the testicle but I went to the GP twice and have had 2 ultrasounds within a year of each other and they both came back clean, I can see the abnormality and I can feel the lump/ pain so I’m not sure what I should do but at the same time I feel like an ultrasound would’ve caught it the second if not the first time

Concerned about left testicle enlargement/swelling despite normal tests for 2 years

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some perspective because I’ve been worrying about my left testicle.
For about 2 years, I’ve noticed that the back of my left testicle feels swollen and is painful/tender to touch. The left testicle itself also seems larger than the right.
I’ve had:
2 scrotal ultrasounds with Doppler, performed almost a year apart, both were reported as normal
4 separate testicular exams by doctors, all normal
The swelling/tenderness has been present for a long time and doesn’t seem to have rapidly changed, but I still find myself worrying about testicular cancer.

M20 Painful, raised bump near my ear canal and a tiny black dot. Any idea what these are or what caused them?

Does this look like a standard blackhead and an inflamed acne nodule/cyst?

Small movable lump above eyebrow

I’m a 20M, around 130 lbs, non-smoker, no significant past medical issues.

I’ve noticed a small lump above my eyebrow for about a year now. It’s not visible at all, only something I can feel when I press on the area. It feels slightly movable under the skin and isn’t painful.

It hasn’t really changed in size as far as I can tell, and the skin over it looks completely normal (no redness, swelling, or anything like that). I haven’t had any injuries to the area either.

Just wondering if this sounds like something harmless like a cyst or lipoma, or if it’s worth getting checked out.

Soft bump on arm only visible when flexing, present for 1 year

I have slight, soft-looking bulges on my arm that only becomes prominent when I tense or flex the muscle. When my arm is relaxed, it's not really noticeable, Does anyone have insight into what this might be

Weird tender “cord-like” spot just below outer knee (fibular head) only hurts when pressed?

I’ve had a small, very localized issue on the outer side of my right leg, just below the bony bump on the outside of the knee (I believe that’s the fibular head).
There’s a small area there that feels a bit like a cord or firm band under the skin, and it’s slightly tender when I press on it. The key points:

It’s been there for months with no change
It only hurts when I press on it
There’s no pain when walking, running, or at rest
No swelling, redness, warmth, or visible changes
It may feel slightly more noticeable when my leg is straight

I can’t feel anything on the other leg in the same spot.

Small, reddish, raised bump on the helix (outer edge) of my ear.

I suffer from health anxiety, and my mind immediately jumped to skin cancer (like basal or squamous cell carcinoma), which has me very scared.
Could this just be a pimple, a small cyst, or a trapped pore feeling hard against the cartilage? Any insight to help ease my mind or advice on whether I need to see a dermatologist immediately would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
