So here is one scene from that movie. A woman is looking for something in a room. Behind her is a wooden drum/barrel from which a midget wearing a monocle emerges holding a blunderbuss/trumpet-like barrel gun. Tries to point and aim at that woman but woman keeps moving about making it hilariously difficult for the midget clown to aim. Then a guy on roller skates enters the scene and he tries to warn that woman saying "Duck! Duck!" but woman repeatedly answers "Where? Where?" thinking the guy meant there is a duck somewhere. Movie was made 1980-1990.
