Hey I’ve never made Youtiao before and every single recipe I find is different from the other. I wondered if anybody has made Youtiao before and baked/air fried it? If so I’d appreciate a recipe!
I have a friend from the U.S that recently started making content while he is there. But he’s seen examples of foreigners making videos that many people found disrespectful or insensitive.

Is there a respectful way for a foreigner to make content from Myanmar? What would you recommend or avoid doing?
For example what type of content from a foreigner is seen as genuine and respectful and what topics should be avoided all together or very carefully? Do you generally appreciate foreigners sharing Myanmar culture or would you rather they not?
I’ve tried a lot of brewing methods and after a short visit to Vietnam I started using a Vietnamese phin for its simplicity and flavor.
Whenever I see tier lists or people talking about brewing methods I see literally EVERY method besides a Vietnamese phin. Why don’t people acknowledge it?
Haven’t played in over 2 years since I started working but it was the last game I really got into and I finally have time to chill out and play something.
