New Motherboard doesn’t work

Hello i have a Problem i try to upgrade my PC from a chinese no brand motherboard to an Gigabyte B550M GAMING X WIFI6 with a new ryzen Ryzen 7 5800X3D but i for some reasons my PC won’t start it feels like that there is no Electricity in the build at all.
I don’t know if the F Panel is defect or something like that. I already let the motherboard replace. But my PC just won’t start. Even too that it still works with my old Motherboard so the power supply shouldn’t be defect. I am so confused about it. Can someone help me with it? Like when i press the Power button on my PC nothing happens but everything is plugged in right.
