How reliable is cryo resonance’s crit rate buff with Wriothesley?

I’m new to using him, so I know that he applies cryo since his combos involve executing normal and charged attacks. Is his rate of cryo application reliable enough to assume a base crit rate of 69% before taking the battlefield, while using the Disenchantment set?

If not, is there any real point of cryo resonance, or is it mostly for freeze teams?

So I guess I’m a Wriothesley main.

I was pulling Yae Miko so I could run her with Odette when she comes out in 7.0. I lack cryo characters (I only had Citlali), so I was getting ready to be able to deal with cryo/superconduct shill in the future. Lo and behold I get Wriothesley in 70 pulls, then Yae in another 10.

Naturally curious about Wriothesley’s kit since I know he’s getting buffed, I realize that in 7.0, he’s actually kind of cracked. I was testing out his punches in the overworld (still lvl 1), and he is incredibly satisfying to play. I tested out Sandrone’s playstyle in the trial, and boy am I glad that I decided to go for the chronicled banner instead of hers.

So I’ve got some questions about his optimal build. I can’t afford his signature, but would r5 Widsith work? I’m currently looking through theory crafting videos to see how to properly build him due to this lucky accident.

Once beta starts, and it is confirmed Valeriy is electro (as in we see his vision during the main quests) we should consider pulling for Yae Miko.

This is assuming of course that he is another stellar-conduct dps. Unless the Tsaritsa is better than a c1 Yae Miko, his team would probably consist of Himself, Odette, Alyosha, and Yae.

Sure, there are a lot of assumptions, but if electro is indeed his element, we should plan accordingly. I personally don’t have Yae. But with the moon and then the map in 7.0 back to back, I’m willing to dip into my primogem savings for her.

So assuming that you didn’t blow all your primogems last patch, it shouldn’t be a problem. Though with bad luck, I suppose anything is possible.

Hello everyone. I’m looking for any game recommendations that are similar to TOTK/BOTW and Donkey Kong Bananza.

I know that TOTK and BOTW have more freedom than Bananza’s level-layers, but to me they have a similar feel that I enjoy. Open areas, beating up enemies, and shrine/challenege stages that act as mini puzzles in the larger world that offer rewards. These are things that I really value as it gives me plenty to do.

I don’t particularly like campaigns that are too linear, and I love to be able to go off the beaten path so to speak, knowing that something valuable is just around the corner.

So, are there any games that I should try that have a similar feel?

Varka Mains, how we FEELIN’

I for one am excited to try to get all three of Varka’s supports, as I currently have none. These past several weeks have been tough, but I cannot wait to see how strong Varka will become.

I would like to see all of your builds, especially any pyro goblet builds that you have. I am curious to see if I should switch up my build by crafting a pyro goblet in the next patch.

I hope your building and pre-farming has been successful, we are almost there!

Edit: Feel free to drop your Durin builds as well, I want to know what to aim for.

This is over 3 rotations, so ~ 17.86 seconds per rotation. I think 100k dps is fantastic for Varka C0R1, Bennett C3, Sucrose C6, and Chevreuse C6.

Naturally, I plan on getting Nicole and Prune in a couple of weeks, but is there anything else I should work on? Like rotation length and such?

Man, I’m having such a fun time building Varka. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed utilizing another character as much as him.
