Eu ainda estou identificando meus sintomas.

About psychotic episodes: have you ever felt like the need to delete all your online personal data?

In very frequent episodes i feel chased, as if important people were after me, so the hallucinations tells me to delete all my data: photos, social media, phone contacts...

I am writing this in order to other people don't feel alone and see that it happens with another people as well. It is very painful, specially when you can't stay with so many beautiful memories in photos or keep in touch with good friends.

Could you share what goes through your mind when you have psychosis crises?

I am trying to identify some symptoms that i have. Already scheduled professional help. But i truly feel like reading a lot of experiences from other people, helps me to understand what goes on with myself and it makes me have a perspective, that psychosis can have a similar way of showing up, even with people that never met before.

For me, the act of studying further about my symptoms, makes me disbelief in the voices in my head - which tends to feel so trustworthy. And while i am rational, seek for help by understanding that there's a mental health problem. Otherwise, you can be trapped into the illusions so hard and for so long, that you will always wait for the next breakdown, because you think you can solve it by yourself. And that's not a good thing and not true, because we can't do it alone.

So, if you could share a few things that your illusions makes you think or believe is real (but it's not), i would very much appreciate it. Also, you could ask me questions. I have been suffering with this alone for a long time, and feel like i can share a bit about my experiences too.
