So I already got all dlcs for the game, should I still get the expansion pass (because it’s cheap on steam rn)? Are there any perks, can I get access to songs of the past for free when it comes out, if I get the expansion pass now?

Well I played the witcher 3 on my switch (with all dlc's), but now I want to play on my pc for better graphics. Is there any way I can get my switch files onto my pc? (I don't have the dlc's on my pc)
