Recently got diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and my doctor has banned weight lifting (genuinely gutting, I know). He’s recommended swimming as an alternative.
I’m in Sargodha and looking for any swimming pools that have dedicated ladies timings or ladies-only facilities.

Was already on levo 150mcg daily, nd my endo started Semaglutide last week (0.25mg). Hashimoto’s + autoimmune flare already going on. Yesterday i went out with my girls nd learned hard way
Fried foods (KFC, chips, anything deep fried) causes awful lingering burps and nausea that lasts hours. Nausea is all time high, but no vomits come. My endo didn’t specifically says about avoiding any food.

My endo prescribed tirzee, but couldn’t afford it then she suggested seglu,
My joints inflammation is the worst symptom of all other symptoms i am going through, even single stair steps i hv to take with wall support to not feel sharp shooting pain in them.
Used to do 3 days a week strength training but now my gym on 3rd floor nd out of order elevator i stopped going there nd confused about what to do at home? Walks n sprints all out of question.
What else i should avoid in food?
