Matchup Advice

Me and a friend are getting into spearhead and are going to be playing the Starscale Warhost Vs Helforge Host. Are there any pitfalls to watch out for with this matchup.

I'm not worried about the rules themselves since they seem solid but wondering if anyone has any experience with this matchup and any regimental abilities/ enhancement to be avoided ?

Just wanted to ask the community where they get extra bitz like power fists and crimson fists themed upgrades

I know GW do the imperial fists upgrade but I was wondering if there are any good 3rd party products.
