Phantom "declined" transaction push notifications that don't appear in the app anywhere

I occasionally get random push notifications that a transaction was declined from something that's clearly fraudulent, but it only shows in the push notification and not in the app notifications, not in the app transactions, and the help center doesn't find it either. I've replaced my cards numerous times and I've changed my password numerous times with 15 randomly generated characters. How does this keep happening? Why is there no information about the thing they're sending me a push notification for?

Edit: after contacting support through the support chatbot, then forwarded to the specialist team, they found these transactions that were found nowhere else and that the support chat agent nor the support chat bot could find. They were declined as the fraudsters who obtained my previously-compromised card we're trying to use it again, but it obviously declined as the card was cancelled and a new one was issued.

Looking for dietary suggestions for a picky senior lady

Sunflower, 15 years old, 8 pounds, no health issues, no teeth, has been eating Science Diet Perfect Weight kibble, which is actually for our other cats who are overweight, and she loves it. She doesn't chow down on it but she does snack from the bowl throughout the day when the other cats leave some behind. I've been feeding her Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers Pate and she loves all the flavors. For about a year now, that is the only combination of dry and wet food that she'll eat. She likes Churus (regular and senior) and the Temptation treats similar to the Churus.

Recently I bought some Fancy Feast Senior 7+ to start getting her more senior-related nutrition especially since the Perfect Weight kibble is kind of the opposite of senior nutrition. She will lick the sauce in these cans off of the wet food and leave the rest of it, exactly the same as a year ago when I introduced her to wet food and had to figure out what she would actually eat after her dental surgery that removed all her teeth, trying all sorts of different textures and brands and everything. If I give her a partial can, and refrigerate it for later, she won't even get near it and looks offended when I offer it to her.

So, I'm wondering a few things:

  1. If she's healthy eating this way based on bloodwork, should I just keep doing what I'm doing? The only "senior nutrition" she gets is from the Churu senior 10+ treats and I have to imagine the wet/dry food combo she eats isn't particularly good for her aging kidneys. Unless I'm just overworrying about kidney problems. She did get to 15 unscathed by the seemingly most common issue cats develop.

  2. Is there any sort of senior wet food pate with plenty of gravy in it? I want to try mixing something pate-like with a boatload of gravy in an effort to get her to eat it. I've searched for this kind of thing but it seems senior + gravy is not a common combination.

  3. Does anyone else's elderly children simply refuse to eat senior nutrition food? I would have to guess there's some specific ingredient in them that causes Sunflower to look offended.

Frequent 9070xt crashing, from seemingly random tasks but never at high utilization

9070xt

9800x3d

Lian li 1000w edge PSU

MSI X870 Gaming Plus

2x16gb Corsair DDR5 6000

4 Samsung SSDs from 870 to 990

Windows 11, using HDMI or Display Port (I've used both, both are high quality and the most recent versions), with a Samsung Odyssey G9.

All purchased around one year ago. Nothing has ever had unusual performance issues, nothing has ever run hot with plenty of headroom. All performance monitors never show any strange utilizetion/spikes of any kind.

In the last couple weeks, my screen has frozen and gone black, no signal to monitor. Initially it was happening in games but in cutscenes or other lower utilization times, never during high intensity moments. Now it's happening on the desktop way too often while I just have multiple browser windows and Word documents open. Initially, I would have to hold the power button and then I would have to reinstall Adrenalin. Then I realized I can hit the windows key in-game and it'll stop the freezing and I can go back to what I was doing right away as if nothing happened. On the desktop, that doesn't work, I have to hold the power button. However, now I shut it off quickly enough where I don't need to reinstall Adrenalin for whatever reason I had to do that before (i would try to open Adrenalin and it would go into an infinite loop telling me to download an update that would error out after a while).

I've tried:

Multiple previous AMD drivers, using DDU numerous times

Turning HDR off

Checking Event Viewer only to find nothing that seemed related

Undervolting GPU

Turning off EXPO in BIOS

Reseating EVERYTHING in the PC except the CPU

Starting and using the PC with only the mouse and keyboard plugged in

Running multiple stress tests/benchmarks/utility tests on RAM, CPU, and GPU

Stopped all task tray programs that weren't necessary from running

At first, I thought my computer was crashing entirely. However, I took the HDMI out of the GPU when it froze and plugged it into integrated and it was just fine. AMD Crash Defender just says it's a display driver issue with no further information. So my PC is NOT crashing, but the 9070xt by itself. When I look at Device Manager after this, 9070xt says Windows cannot load load drivers required for this device.

I've looked all over the internet and read many many things, most of which never had a solution that worked for anyone. I haven't tried updating BIOS and I haven't reinstalled Windows. I figure at least some of the people posting about their AMD-related issues are experiencing this, and hopefully it's not just my card, so I wanted to leave my in-progress situation here whether or not anyone can suggest any more solutions.

Update 1: I attempted to upgrade in-place to reinstall windows. I got through the process, and then during the first or second restart, I got stuck on a black screen with a white underscore on the top left corner, not blinking. After about 15 minutes, I just held the power button down as there was nothing happening. I turned it back on, got to the desktop, then windows installer told me the installation failed.

After that, I swapped HDMI from integrated to 9070xt. There was no signal. I swapped back to integrated and noticed in device manager that 9070xt had an issue with the display driver with a ! icon. I decided I will launch Adrenalin. It went into the infinite loop of needing to update and then failing. I opened up trusty ol DDU, began the process, got hit on the restart by the black screen with white underscore. I've tried restarting it a few times now to no avail. There is no chance to even get to the BIOS. Another update will come later

Update 2: After power cycling again, I swapped HDMI to 9070xt from integrated and the display came on to my desktop at a very low resolution. We'll see what happens after reinstalling Adrenalin as I won't have time for another Windows reinstallation adventure for a bit.

Lian Li Edge PSU - Melting inside???

My PC has been randomly freezing and crashing for the last several days. I can't pinpoint what is doing it. Is this melted looking material supposed to be like this? Is the PSU causing my issues?? It's less than a year old.

Maine coon too-big-for-cat-tree dangle

His name is Wolf and he's a little over a year old. He does all sorts of weird moves on this cat tree that he's outgrown. He will also rub his face and body aggressively against that black canopy pole by his head when he's excited. He's a psycho

Sunflower, 15, playing with her favorite toy

Despite her age, she is still super active and wants to play with this worm all day everyday. She especially likes when I put it a little bit away from her and have it slowly inch towards her like a snake might, she'll always paw or lunge at it as if it's coming to get her

(and she's a vocal one, turn your volume up)

Rtx 2060 for GPU transcoding - not showing usage in task manager?

I recently plugged in my old 2060 to transcode and take some of the load off of the brutalized Intel 8600k CPU on my server machine. I say brutalized because it had been running overclocked and hot for years as a gaming pc CPU, so the PC repurposed into a Plex server is its retirement. I figure it is much closer to death than the 2060, and I also believe transcoding on a 2060 will be better than the integrated. I have the HDMI plugged into the integrated though, as I remote into the server PC and want the 2060 to remain relatively low power draw.

I set the settings correctly to use the 2060 for transcoding, and I'm watching someone transcode right now with the (HW) marker, but task manager shows no activity on the GPU and the Nvidia app shows N/A across the board for utilization (possibly because it's not the main display?)

Anyone have suggestions or am I simply trying to do something that isn't actually helping or possible?

As you can see, there is an acrylic shield over my keyboard. This is necessary because she does not mind walking on keys while I'm working. Picture 7 shows her favorite toy in the world, which she begs to play with multiple times per day, everyday. She will try to lead you into the living room to play with it, and if that doesn't work, she'll bring it to you in another room even though it's attached to a long wire and a big pole that she drags behind her. I pretty much hold the pole over the rug and move the worm around in fast circles which she chases with extremely dedicated and aggressive athleticism for a 15 year old cat, and it has to be on the rug because she claws the hell out of it with high velocity and would otherwise slip on the hardwood.

She only has 7 teeth, 4 on the top on one side and 3 on the bottom on the other side. Getting churu/temptations beef liver on your fingers results in the most adorable finger nibbling.

Sometimes we call her Boba Eyes because her eyes look like boba pearls.
