So i live in Tucson, AZ.
Long story short...we left our rental in an absolutely immaculate condition - significantly better than we even received it 4 years ago.
After leaving, not only have I had to wait almsot 7 weeks for my deposit check to be returned, but as expected it's about $490 short of what the initial total was due to be...reasoning - "Redecoration Fee" and "Early Lease Termination" (I put in our notice to leave on the 5th, and they had a new tenant by the 30th...so no 'additional' work done to get an early tenant".
I can absolutely understand now why people leave their rentals in a total state of disrepair...you're going to get screwed anyway, so why bother cleaning??

So ive been playing iRacing now for about a year (B License for Sports cars, and C license for Formula)...i dont deep delve into other races and i race what's available...which tend to be 15 or 20 mins races, with no rain.
How do i get to race longer races with varying weather? Am i missing something or must i simply persist until the game starts putting me into other types of races?

Can i hear which brand of ASA has worked the best for you on your P1S? I'd like to get Bambu version, but there's never stock available on thier site.
