Likely to book this for October with 11 month old and 3.5 year old. Has anyone been and recommend, or have any tips on the resort (or IKOS tips in general)?

Posted 2 birth certificates via Special Guaranteed Delivery By 1pm at my local post office a week ago, sending to passport office for my baby’s first passport. Passport office haven’t received it and Royal Mail tracking has said “Sender Preparing item” since the day I sent it. What does this mean? Are my birth certificates lost and if so can I get compensation? Struggling to get clear answers from Royal Mail Help services.
